Start with the task you need
Describe the change, notice or recurring obligation you need help with. Include the company’s state, the relevant date and what has already been done. Support can be requested for an existing company; describe its current situation in the request notes.
Agree the scope for each task
Document coordination, information review and follow-up assistance must be specified in the quotation. Tax returns, legal representation, registered-agent service and automatic annual filings are not assumed to be included. Confirm who is responsible for each submission and deadline.
Managing ongoing obligations
Maintain a calendar of the obligations that apply to your company and confirm current requirements with the relevant authority. Do not assume all LLCs have identical filing duties. For beneficial ownership reporting, consult the current FinCEN rules; U.S.-created entities are currently exempt, while certain foreign-created entities may still have obligations.
Closing a support request
Review the documents and explanation supplied, ask about unresolved items and save the final records. A completed portal status refers to the agreed task; it does not certify that every legal or tax obligation of the company has been satisfied.
