01 · Explore and prepare
Read the service guide and document checklist. Note the business activity, preferred state and questions you want reviewed. If the state is undecided, say so. A proposed company name is sufficient to start a formation inquiry.
02 · Create your account and request
Register with an email address you control and a password of at least 12 characters containing letters and numbers. Select the service and complete the business form. Submission creates a reference and a request record; it is not a payment or a government filing.
03 · Review details and agree the scope
Open the request to exchange messages and upload requested files. Clarify costs, third-party charges, timing, deliverables and cancellation arrangements in writing before authorizing paid work. Reply within the same conversation so the context stays together.
04 · Follow progress and retain records
Check the dashboard and status history for updates. An awaiting-client status means further input is needed; read the latest message for details. On completion, download the available documents and ask which next obligations remain your responsibility.
