What to include in a quotation request
Tell us which service you need, the company’s state, whether it already exists and your target timing. Mention additional owners, previous applications or urgent notices that may affect the work. A submitted request starts a review, not a paid order.
Separate the cost categories
Ask for service fees, government charges and any third-party services to be listed separately. Confirm the currency, payment method, taxes if applicable, deliverables and what is excluded. Registered-agent and address services should be named explicitly if needed.
Initial and ongoing costs
Consider recurring obligations alongside formation costs. Ask which charges renew, who tracks renewal dates and whether a new quotation is required for future work. IRS EIN issuance is free; any EIN assistance fee must be clearly identified as a service charge.
Changes, cancellation and refunds
Before paying, confirm when work starts and the terms for cancellation or a change in scope. Ask how already-performed work and third-party charges are handled. This page does not promise a standard refund amount or deadline; applicable terms must be confirmed for your engagement.
