Find and open your work
The dashboard lists your requests and their current statuses. Use the status filter when you have several records, then open a company to view its details. Create a new request for a separate task and retain its reference for follow-up.
Messages, documents and history
Each request has a conversation, a document area and a status timeline. Add requested PDF, JPG or PNG files and download available records. The request owner and authorized administrators can access these records; they are not public website pages.
Understand a status update
Submitted means the request was recorded; Reviewing means assessment is underway; Awaiting client means your input is needed; In progress means the agreed task is being handled. Completed and Cancelled describe the request’s workflow, not a blanket certification of company compliance.
Look after your access
Use a unique password and sign out on shared devices. You can change your password in Account; other active sessions are then invalidated. Forgotten-password recovery uses a time-limited email link. Never share that link, your password or verification codes in a conversation.
